Speaker-amplifier switching center.
Robert Fulton owned this unit and was used at the 1979 CES show. Fulton Musical Industries (FMI) had a close relationship with ARC. This may have been a "one-off" experimental prototype for use by dealers at the time. The cabinet is likely Crown as Robert was a Crown regional rep at one point in the 70's. The back panel is oriented upside down to the front panel. As you can see in the photos, the back panel is oriented upside down to the front panel. Probably this was intentional to facilitate changing cords when leaning over the unit.
